All that you need to
prepare yourself
for the journey with us
Bring a notebook and pen.
You will need to write down some of the teachings.
Bring 2 big towels and 2 sheets.
You will use your own sheets on the tables.
Wear comfortable clothes.
Preferably short sleeved shirt so that it will not limit
techniques and movement in practice.
The most important thing to bring with you to our trainings is your commitment to the work, your eagerness to learn and your willingness to let go of what you think you know in order to open up to the power of the present moment.
