AN INNER JOURNEY THROUGH TOUCH
Through a bodywork that has touch as its main element, Gestalt psychology created a new way of exploring the person that helps to expand the consciousness of self: it is the Californian Esalen Massage.
“The Californian massage goes beyond the physical, decompressing inside the person and integrating through a touch full of presence.
