Dear community,
The year 2024 was full of changes and transitions. Change of skin, where if one resists, the suffering will be greater, because we have the opportunity to start a new life, refining how we want to live the second part, in my case.
I have been a pioneer in bringing this work to Spain and built a great community in Spain during the last 18 years; this structure became a prison for me in the last years and became obsolete for the current times because we are training in other things and society also has other needs, more after a pandemic.
I am very happy to announce the birth of this new project, adding what I have already been doing in emotional accompaniment and stretcher support, all that I have learned about nervous system regulation and polyvagal theory in my somatic experience® training over the last 3 years.
