Promotional Workshops<\/strong><\/h2>\n

No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours prior to the workshop. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.<\/p>\n

Intensive of more than 9 days and\/or Esalen Certification<\/strong><\/h2>\n

If the participant cancels the registration more than 30 days in advance, the amount paid will be refunded minus any bank charges and\/or currency exchange fees.<\/p>\n

If the participant cancels with less than 30 days notice, the amount paid will be refunded minus 50%. Otherwise, the participant may transfer 70% of the amount to another course offered by the school. <\/p>\n

If the participant cancels with less than 7 days notice, there will be no refunds of amounts paid. In this case, the participant will be able to transfer the amount minus 30% to another course of the school. <\/p>\n

From the beginning of the course, there will be no refunds of the amounts paid, nor the possibility of transferring the amount to another course.<\/p>\n

The fee must be paid in full before the beginning of the course, with no exceptions.<\/p>\n

1 Weekend Intensive<\/strong><\/h2>\n

No refunds will be made for registrations paid on the day of the information meeting.<\/p>\n

If the participant cancels the registration more than 7 days in advance, the amount paid will be refunded minus a 25% administrative fee. Otherwise, the participant will be able to transfer 100% of the amount to another course of the school.<\/p>\n

If the participant cancels with less than 7 days notice, there will be no refunds of amounts paid. The participant will be able to transfer the amount to another course of the school. <\/p>\n

In the event that the participant does not attend the course without prior notice, there will be no refund, nor will there be any possibility of transferring the amount paid to another course.<\/p>\n

If the participant cancels the registration for a course more than twice, there will be no refund and no possibility of transferring the amount paid to another course.<\/p>\n
